Did you know that the current neo-Conservative government (under the iron fisted rule of Stephen Harper) in Canada is determined to make you and your loved ones suffer — no matter where you live in the world — as they fill the pockets of their supporters with money once made from giving hope to those who were diagnosed with cancer and other illnesses?

Buried deep in the federal budget bill, now winding its way toward approval, is something called the Nordion and Theratronics Divestiture Authorization Act. I am not so old to have forgotten what Canada used to represent, and after so many years under his fascist rul Harper has made Canada into a mere burning scar on the landscape, smouldering and toxic in its very existence. This goes to your last post, where this government has copied all that is wrong with our neighbours government to the south and every other dictator he would emulate.

I am overwhelmed by his evil and those who choose to perpetuate and cooperate with it. It is beyond reasoning that he would follow through with his remaking (read destroying) of Canada all for the almighty dollar that he and is ilk worship.

So very awake, so very horrified, what next?

I want to organize an "Anyone but Harper" campaign...utilize videos on Youtube, and Twitter, and get the message out there that Harper has been slowly dismantling most of what Canadians consider their unique identity, and Harper's attempt to "Americanize" the Nation.
